A study included 118 MBA students who were working full time wore activity monitors for a week. The study revealed that burning an extra 587 calories reduced the individual from mistreating their cohabitant. The center for Disease Control and the American Heart Association recommends people to walk between 8000 to 10,000 steps per day. If you wish to spice things up then take your spouse along for a brisk walk. The sole reason behind an argument is the communication gap that is caused because of different schedules of you and your spouse. So you need to take out time for maintaining a balance right from work to having a good sound sleep.Thus working out with your spouse after work is the best way to shed calories and also build a stronger connection.
