A Danish man had a very bad experience with his favourite Apple watch when it harmed his wrist.
Jargen Mouritzen, complained to Apple after the companies smart watch strap became so hot that he could smell his flesh burning beneath it, leaving him with some pretty nasty wounds and struggling to remove it.
The company has already started investigation into the cause is reportedly ongoing. Mouritzen has said that Apple has not reverted towards his complaint.
Jargen Mouritzen added, I was happy with the watch and generally happy with Apple products, and I’m sure it’s very rare that this should happen however I’m surprised it’s taken them so long to do anything or to help out a customer.”
Not quite the ‘sales on fire’ story Apple would have hoped for in the run up to Christmas.
