Want To Work For Google? Check Out This Hidden Route

HIDDEN WAY FOR GOOGLE RECRUITMENT

Well, it is every one’s dream to work for tech giant Google, at least for once in their life, and in this process, But have you ever wondered how to get into the company without much effort? Well, all that you’ve to do is score high in programming at Google. But how do you do that? We’ve the answer for you.

The simple solution is not to panic looking for complex queries on Google. That is decisively how Max Rosett as of late found a job at the search engine titan. In a blog post, Rosett has taken the cover off a fairly whimsical recruiting practice done by Google.

The world’s greatest internet search engine keeps up a recruiting tool hidden in its site which triggers in case you’re taking a shot at complex programming issues that reverberate with what Google does. Obviously that in itself won’t land you a position. If you want to land in Google, you’ll need to clear the test Google puts in front of you.

“Foo.bar is a brilliant recruiting tactic,” he said. “Google used it to identify me before I had even applied anywhere else, and they made me feel important while doing so. At the same time, they respected my privacy and didn’t reach out to me without explicitly requesting my information.”

Rosett further said that when he was looking for a programming query, “python lambda function list comprehension,” a pop-up from Google came that read “You’re speaking our language. Up for a challenge?” After agreeing the challenge, he was redirected to google.com/foobar, a programming test, the company has also used in the past.

This looks to be an interesting way of hiring right talent for their company. It’s a reminder that Google knows exactly what a person is searching for on its search engine – alarming for some users, but probably not those looking for a job at the Internet giant.
