Bengaluru: Bengaluru’s first lady cab driver found dead yesterday. The woman achiever was found hanging at her rented house in Sanjayanagar in the city under mysterious circumstances.
The incident came into light when the house owner found the cab abandoned and could not locate Bharati. The landlord and the neighbours immediately rushed to her house on the third floor and found her hanging when they peeped through the window. The worried owner informed the police who are under investigation case.
According to the police, Bharati was staying alone in her apartment and had recently informed her landlord that she wanted to shift to her hometown in Andhra Pradesh. With no suicide note and the leads to the incident looking suspicious as the house was unlocked, the police are now investigating the cause of death. As of now the police have filed a case of suicide.
