Rajasthan: A family hailing from Rajasthan made Amitabh bachchan’s fiction movie ‘Dewaar’ real after they tattooed their daughter-in-law’s forehead which read, “My father is a thief.”
First they beat her so badly that she fainted, as she lay unconscious, the young woman’s body was marked with seven tattoos in different parts, which read abuse.
According to the police case filed by her parents, “the woman’s in-laws were upset for not being given Rs 51,000 they had demanded as dowry at the wedding in 2014.”
“They wrote on her forehead…they wrote many other things on her body,” said her father. “The woman says she was gang-raped…we have asked for a medical investigation,” said a senior police officer handling the case.
