Uravakonda: In anticipation of potential disruptions during the upcoming elections, District Superintendent of Police, Amit Bardar, IPS, has instructed officials to develop contingency plans for critical polling stations in Kuderu mandal. During his visit to polling centers in Karutlapalli, Cholasamudram, Jallipalli, and Kuderu on Tuesday, SP Bardar inspected the arrangements and surroundings, advising officers to ensure robust security measures.

 

Drawing attention to past election incidents involving rowdy elements, Bardar instructed officials to conduct a thorough review and undertake preemptive actions to maintain peace. Stressing the importance of community engagement, Bardar emphasized frequent visits to villages to interact with residents and deter potential disturbances.

 

Special attention will be given to monitoring known troublemakers and rowdy sheeters, with a focus on preventing riots and conflicts during the electoral process. Circle Inspector Sivaram accompanied the SP during his inspection of Kuderu, underscoring the collaborative efforts to ensure a safe and orderly voting experience.
