Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Working President of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) started campaigning for the upcoming Huzurabad by election.
On the 19th of October, Mr. Rama Rao visited Huzurabad Assembly constituency and criticised the opposition, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC.) Taking a dig at the TPCC and its President Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, the TRS leader said the TPCC and the BJP are conspiring to defeat the TRS. He said, the TPCC made a non local person their candidate, as they wanted to make the BJP candidate Mr. Eatala Rajender, win the Huzurabad Assembly poll. He also said Mr. Revanth Reddy not to deposit Huzurabad by election money, as they are colluded with the BJP, helping them to win the election.
In an informal chat with reporters, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao said, he felt that senior leader Bhatti Vikramarka is not receiving appropriate respect in the party as a result of him. KTR asked Revanth Reddy as to why he did not quit politics after he suffered a defeat in Kodangal Assembly constituency. He accused the BJP and the Congress of having a secret deal in Huzurabad by-election.
The Huzurabad by election is scheduled to be held on the 30th of October.
