In Telangana, there would not be any shortage of power supply to the agriculture sector for farmers. According to sources, on the 15th of April, Friday, Mr. D. Prabhakar Rao, the Chairman of Transco Chairman and Managing Director (MD) of Northern Power Distribution Company Limited, announced the same.
In a great relief to the farmers of Telangana, Mr. D. Prabhakar Rao said, “Interruption in power supply was due to technical issues ad clarified that 24-hour power supply will be provided to the agriculture sector from Friday (the 15th of April.)”
The decision came at a time when disruptions of power supply in certain limits of the agriculture sector by the Northern Power Distribution Company limited came. However, the Northern Power Distribution Company Limited MD assured that the farmers need not worry about the power supply. He said, under the leadership of Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, is aiming to provide 24 hour power supply to the agriculture sector.
Mr. D. Prabhakar Rao further appreciated the efforts of the KCR led Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government and said, only Telangana Government is working to provide 24 hour power supply for the agriculture sector in India.
