Prakasam: Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has assured that all eligible individuals will receive their pensions in October through Grama Sabhas across the state. Speaking at the ‘Idi Manchi Prabhutvam’ program in Maddiralapadu, Prakasam district, he emphasized the government’s commitment to welfare schemes for every household.
Naidu highlighted the government’s focus on restoring the state’s financial health, which he claims was mismanaged under the previous YSRCP government. “We are working hard to bring Andhra Pradesh back on track after years of misrule and looting by the previous rulers,” Naidu stated.
During his visit, Naidu interacted with residents and addressed their grievances on the spot. He resolved long-pending issues and assured financial support for families in need, including funding the education of two children from a local family.
The Chief Minister also announced the reopening of 175 Anna Canteens and mentioned that sand is now freely available. He expressed concern about the state’s ₹10 lakh crore debt but reassured the public that efforts are being made to clear it while protecting state assets.
Naidu further criticized the previous administration for mismanaging temple affairs, including the alleged use of adulterated ghee in Tirumala’s Laddus.
