Tirupati: In preparation for the auspicious Karthika month, TTD Executive Officer Sri J Syamala Rao has instructed officials to ensure high-quality services for devotees visiting the Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple. Conducting a detailed inspection on Wednesday evening, the EO reviewed several key areas to streamline operations and improve the pilgrimage experience.
During his visit, the EO inspected facilities including the Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Kalyanakatta, Srivari Laddu Prasada stall, Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Pushkarini, and queue lines, offering suggestions to reduce crowd congestion. He also performed a special puja at the Kapileswara Swamy temple.
In addition, Sri Syamala Rao reviewed the TTD Panchagavya and Agarbatti sales stalls, emphasizing the importance of maintaining cleanliness and efficient queue management. Engaging with devotees during his tour, he sought feedback on TTD’s services, which many praised as satisfactory.
Temple Deputy EO Sri Devendra Babu, DFO Sri Srinivasulu, and other officials accompanied the EO on this inspection.
