Anantapur: TDP leader and Tadipatri Municipal Chairman JC Prabhakar Reddy launched a scathing attack on YSRCP leaders, accusing them of corruption and political vendettas. Speaking to the media on Sunday, Reddy claimed that under Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s regime, opposition leaders and their families have faced harassment and baseless allegations.
Referring to former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest, Reddy said, “Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in the middle of the night without considering his age or dignity. His family, including Bhuvaneshwari, Lokesh, and Brahmani, were left in tears. False cases were filed against Minister Kollu Ravindra and Atchannaidu. Is this justice?”
Reddy also criticized YSRCP leader Perni Nani, alleging corruption and misconduct. “Nani, isn’t the warehouse on 1.12 acres in Machilipatnam yours? You’ve been selling rice meant for the poor. If you continue making baseless allegations, I will expose the truth,” he warned.
He further condemned YSRCP’s increase in electricity charges and questioned the government’s promises of welfare. Reddy vowed to shave off his beard only when he is freed from what he called politically motivated cases. The leader urged people to resist Jagan’s policies and support TDP’s fight for justice.
