As many as 14 people were killed and 40 others were wounded on Sunday in a bus mishap in Brazil. The accident occurred near the colonial coastal town of Paraty. The injured were admitted to a nearby hospitals for the treatment.
The accident occurred when the bus turned turtle on the shoulder of the road. The mishap took place when the bus was on its way between Paraty and Trindade, a beach nearly 30 kilometres to the south. The bus was carrying the tourists and was travelling to a nearby beach when the mishap took place.
The police are investigating the case and further details are still awaited.
