Mumbai: Bollywood beauty Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in the much-talked-about upcoming film “Half Girlfriend“, according to the buzz in the B-Town. If reports are to be believed, the “Aashiqui 2” star signed the dotted line of the most-anticipated flick. Earlier, actress Kriti Sanon was considered for the role but due to few issues, the actress stepped out of the project. Now, Shraddha grabbed the opportunity to play leading role in the film.
Directed by Mohit Suri, the film is an adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s book “Half Girlfriend”. At present, Shraddha is busy with “Rock On!! 2“. She will be seen playing a major role alongside Arjun Rampal, Farhan Akhtar, Prachi Desai and Purab Kohli.
