Lavishing Toilet has put for rent at £3,000 per month

London: These days renting a car or anything you love has become fashionable but have you ever heard of renting a toilet in London..?  Yes you read it correct!

A toilet in a posh suburb in London has been put up for rent at a hefty amount of Rs 2,82,000 which is £3,000 a month. The owner of Hampstead Health, James Atherton is looking to rent or sell the unusual piece of real estate which is a stand alone loo he owns inside a block of flats at the bottom of Highgate West Hill.

Atherton, also predicted a surge in interest if Camden Council follows through which its controversial plans to close the public toilets in Pond Square in Highgate village and the Victorian toilets at the entrance to Hampstead Heath were demolished in the 1990s.

“The bus drivers in Highgate don’t have a toilet, I thought they might be interested in buying it, or maybe three of them could get together and rent it. I hope they don’t shut the public toilets in Pond Square because they are needed but it would be good news for me in a business sense,” Atherton said.
