New Delhi: The Intelligence Bureau suggest that Key IS recruiter Shafi Armar who is alleged to be head of the Indian unit of ISIS is still alive. However now intelligence bureau officials confirmed that the man who had died may not have been Armar.
The 27-year-old recruiter Mohammed Shafi Armar alias Yousuf-al-Hindi was reportedly killed in a US strike this April.

An official working with a counter-terror group quoted, “Armar is still alive and looking for new recruits for the banned terror outfit in India. He is in constant touch with individuals who are under surveillance for their alleged Jihadi allegiance. ”
