Dallas Shooting Kills 5 Cops, 3 Suspects Arrested And 4th Commits Suicide

On Thursday, five officers were killed and several others were wounded in Dallas after snipers opened fire during the protests over fatal police shootings of black men recently. The police arrested three suspects including a woman and the fourth one has reportedly committed suicide. It is heard that suspect, who died, warned the negotiators that there are “bombs all over” and the “end is coming.” The snipers opened fire in ambush style upon the officers.

The police chief said, “The suspect has told our negotiators that the end is coming, and he is going to hurt and kill more of us, meaning law enforcement. And that there are bombs all over the place in this garage and in downtown.”

The police also tweeted a photo of one of the suspects and asked for information on him. Later, in a statement they said that he had surrendered. The White House says President Barack Obama “has been updated on the shooting of police officers in Dallas.”

The attack occurred when when hundreds of people gathered to protest fatal police shootings in Baton Rouge, suburban St Paul, Minnesota and Louisiana this week.
