Practical examinations for intermediate students are scheduled to begin from the 31st of March. The Board of Intermediate Education is making all the arrangements for the examination amid the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
The practical examination would begin from the 31st of March and continue till the 24th of April.
K. Rama Krishna, the Secretary of the Board of Intermediate Education Department, issued orders regarding the same. As many as 3,58,374 students would be eligible to take the examination. Nearly 947 centres have been arranged for the examination in A.P. Timings for the intermediate practical examinations would be between 9:00 A.M., to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 P.M., to 5:00 P.M.
The examination would be conducted under the surveillance of closed circuit cameras in the Botany, Zoology, Chemistry and Physics labs.
If any complaint is received, CC footage would be verified.
The practical examiner appointed by the BIE would only conduct the practical examination. No physical hall tickets would be issued this year for practical examination. The hall tickets for practical examinations for science students would be available at the BIE’s official website, bie.ap.gov.in.
Chief superintendents would be appointed for conducting practical examinations in the private unaided junior colleges from government junior colleges.
