Telangana Chief Minister Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) expressed his satisfaction with the recent government auction, where Hyderabad lands fetched a price of more than Rs. 100 crores per acre. The successful sale of lands to world-class companies at premium prices signifies not just financial gains but also underscores Telangana’s progress as a state.
CM KCR emphasized that the soaring land prices should be seen as a response to those who doubted Hyderabad’s future and tried to spread fear about the impact of Telangana’s formation on property values. He attributed the remarkable prices to the dedication of the state government, which is relentlessly steering villages and towns towards progress and transforming Hyderabad into a cosmopolitan metropolis.
Congratulating the HMDA officers, Minister KTR, HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner, and MAUD Special General Secretary Arvind Kumar for their unwavering efforts in Hyderabad’s development, CM KCR expressed his delight at the record-breaking prices achieved in the Kokapet lands auction.
In the auction held at Neo Police Face Two in Gandipeta Mandal, Rangareddy District, Kokapet, the contestants secured plots at a whopping price of Rs. 100.75 crores.
