10 ways how Baahubali differs from routine masala movies

Baahubali, the latest Indian sensation. The Rajamouli’s magnum opus is now the most talked event of the decade. The twitter and Facebook are going frenzy ever since the first premiere of the filck.

I saw the movie yesterday on the big screen. I really made up my mind to write 1000 word long review for Baahubali to analyze every aspect in detail. But that was before watching the movie,

Now after watching this ‘Larger than life’ epic, I have no words (and belive me I am rarely lost for words). Some words are not meant to spoken and some movies are not meant to be reviewed.

Baahubali is one such film which should be enjoyed not analyzed, it should be felt not dealt. The way director took his way out of routine masala is truly inspirational.

10 ways how Baahubali differs from routine masala movies

Here is how Baahubali differs from other regular Masala movies

1. The actors were appropriately ‘Make-up’ed and equipped. (nothing was overly done)

2. CGI were deeply explored in Indian cinema like never before.

3. Fulcrum-ing the opening scene for the post interval sequence was definitely move.

4. No Bramhanandam or Ali.(Thank God! we already had enough of them in regular films). The comedy track was carefully imbibed in the character establishment of lead role.

5. The counter crossing, thigh slapping dialogue deliveries were replaced by  emotional narrative.

6. Different topographies, accents and cultures were carefully and aptly imbibed in the storyline. (Not like Varna)

7. Narrative was prioritized without declining the quantities of heroic masala.

8. The film introduced new strategic publicity.(Releasing a poster every three days, trailer in the theaters).

9.Largest possible scope was achieved without compromising the Emotional content.

10. The introduction of critical climax. ( I.e, ending story on high note but planting doubts for the sequel ‘The conclusion’).
