Mumbai: Actress Kangana Ranaut‘s “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” became the first film of 2015 to cross Rs 100 crore mark in the home box office. The film managed to collect Rs 103 crore and has already crossed Rs 100 crore mark worldwide last week.
Filmmaker Anand L Rai directed “Tanu Weds Manu Returns” stars ‘Queen Bee’ Kangana Ranaut in a dual role, as Tanu and Datto, for the first time. The film also features Madhavan in a prominent role.
Kangana was once again praised for delivering an incredible performance in the film. The movie is a sequel to 2011 super hit flick “Tanu Weds Manu”. However, positive reviews, word of mouth and presence of Kangana is driving the movie to create magic on the screens of Indian Cinema.
