Vinukonda:: A recent incident involving an RTC bus from Vinukonda, traveling from Vijayawada, made an unexpected halt at Narasaraopet depot. The disruption occurred when a passenger, without notifying the driver, left her handbag on the seat before stepping off the bus to use the restroom. Unaware of the situation, the driver continued the journey towards Vinukonda, leaving the depot behind.
Upon realizing the absence of the passenger and her bag, the driver was promptly alerted by the control staff at the depot. Subsequently, the driver informed the conductor, who located the bag and securely sealed it.
The bag, containing the woman’s belongings, was safely returned to her upon the bus’s arrival at Vinukonda. Grateful for the assistance of the RTC staff, the woman expressed her appreciation as she retrieved her bag and verified its contents, including her jewelry.
