Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has set an ambitious target for India’s economy, aiming to reach a $30 trillion GDP by 2047. Speaking during a discussion on the Swarnandhra Vision-2047 document in the Legislative Assembly, he emphasized the role of MLAs in implementing the Constituency Vision Document to achieve this milestone.

The CM highlighted that Andhra Pradesh is working towards a per capita income of ₹55 lakh by 2047, contributing to a projected $2.4 trillion economy for the state. The government has set an ambitious 17.11% growth target for the current fiscal year, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Viksit Bharat-2047 initiative.

Chandrababu Naidu underscored the importance of long-term economic planning, citing the success of Vision 2020 in united Andhra Pradesh. He emphasized strategic sector-wise planning and district-wise economic assessments to adapt to changing financial conditions.

He reiterated his commitment to developing Rayalaseema, transforming it from a drought-prone region into a thriving economic hub, Ratanala Seema. With a focus on poverty alleviation and sustainable growth, Andhra Pradesh aims to become a key player in India’s economic roadmap.
