A group of BJP activists reached his residence at Hanamkonda and allegedly pelted stones and eggs.

The incident took place after the TRS MLA Challa Dharma Reddy commented on collecting funds for constructing Ram Temple at Ayodhya.

The stone pelting incident created tension resulting in deployment of police force in the area.

The TRS Legislator slammed the BJP leaders for their ongoing drive to collect Rs. 1,000 crore from Telangana in the name of the construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya.

Mr. Dharma questioned the collection of money and asked, what would the BJP do with Rs. 29,000 crores, collected from all states and union territories (UTs) of India.

Mr. Dharma also sought an explanation from the BJP leaders on the issue. He alleged that nobody knows the whereabouts of the donations being collected by the BJP leaders in Telangana. He also alleged that the BJP leaders were doing petty politics by using the name of Lord Rama.

Challa Dharma also targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of the temple construction. The The Central Government is collecting money for the construction of the grand Ram Temple at Ayodhya.

The general public of India are also donating the money for the completion of the most awaited Ram Temple on the birth land of Lord Rama.

Meanwhile, K.T. Rama Rao, the Working President of the TRS condemned the attack on TRS MLA.

Mr. ama Rao called for all democrats to condemn the BJP’s attempt to make its point across by means of physical attacks on other parties instead of convincing the people with their argument.

KTR said, “The BJP has tried physical attacks in the past. Beyond the rational criticisms in politics, the BJP’s repeated incursions into physical attacks are not at all desirable for Telangana politics. The TRS party wants value politics to continue in Telangana.”

Rama Rao also cautioned the BJP leaders to remember that the TRS has the power, the strength, the force to protect every activist. If the TRS workers lose their patience, the BJP will not even be able to roam outside.

Giving a warning to the BJP, Mr. Rao said, “We warn the BJP not to forget that the TRS is a party that emerged for a cause. We appeal to the people of the state to take note of the BJP’s insidious attempts to wreak havoc in the peaceful Telangana community.”
