On the 22nd of June, the Directorate of Government Education of Telangana state released the results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) results for 2020.
The results were announced based on evaluation of internal exams.
Due to the pandemic Novel Coronavirus infection, the Telangana Government decides to cancel the SSC exams and announce grade results on the previous exams marks.
The SSC students registered for the exams were promoted a week back. However, marks or grades were released today afternoon.
The Marks Memo is now accessible on the official website of the board — bse.telangana.gov.in.
As many as 5.35 lakh students registered for the SSC final exams in Telangana.
P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, the Education Minister of Telangana said students can contact their respective schools to collect their SSC marks memo. Any mistakes in TS SSC Marks Memo should be immediately informed to the school, following which the concerned school principal would make the necessary corrections.

All the marks memo would be later sent to the SSC board for approval.
Initially, the SSC exams were scheduled to be held from the 8th of June, but considering student’s safety and increasing Covid-19 cases, it got cancelled.
The State Government led by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) cancelled the SSC exams for all the students registered for 2020 examinations.
Meanwhile, Telangana reported a total of 7,802 cases of the Novel Coronavirus.
Out of the total, 3,861 are active cases, 3,731 are cured/discharged and 210 deceased.
