The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) registered a complaint filed by a passenger and assured them to take the necessary action.
Recently, an RTC bus passenger from Jagtiyal district took a video and tweeted to TSRTC that the driver of RTC rented bus number TS 02 UA 1234 and is driving recklessly. The RTC bus travels between Jagtial-Endapalli. The Twitter user also said the bus driver was constantly on phone while driving the bus.
Ms. V.C. Sajjanar, the Managing Director of the TSRTC, immediately responded to the matter and assured the complainant to take the necessary action. Reacting to the tweet, Mr. Jagadeesh, the Jagtial RTC Depot Manager said, he had investigated the matter and dismissed the driver, who was driving with negligence. The Jagtial Depot authority also alerted all the conductors to report any such negligence and to the concerned authority for further action.
