The students of the West Virginia high school were premiered with the erotic “50 shades of Grey” in their classroom this week. Going into the details, the students convinced their teacher to let them watch the film as a reward for good work.
According to the reports of The Charleston Daily Mail the teacher apparently didn’t know what the film was about. on the other hand, school management is now in for the damage control.
The school’s principal Jeff Woofter stated “the film was shut down after 10 minutes when an assistant principal walked by and saw what they were watching. Hampshire County school policy prohibits students from watching movies of any kind in the classroom”.
The decision for the disciplinary actions against teacher and the students is yet to be made. However the principal stated that the incident occurred due to extreme lack of judgement from an otherwise very capable teacher and that the teacher didn’t do a background check on the movie or even ask about it.
