Mumbai: The makers of the period drama “Bajirao Mastani” revealed a video of Deepika Padukone, in which it was unveiled as how she transformed into an epic character Mastani. The ‘Queen of Bollywood’, Deepika will be seen playing the role of ‘Mastani-The Princess’ in Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s dream project “Bajirao Mastani”.
The film is a period drama and stars Ranveer Singh in a title role, Baji Rao 1. He will be seen playing the role of Maratha legend. His most rumoured girlfriend Deepika Padkone will be seen playing the role of his second wife, Mastani opposite Ranveer. Actress Priyanka Chopra has been roped in opposite Ranveer as his first wife, Kashibai. Touted to be an epic love story, the picture is set for a grand release on December 18, 2015.
