Vijayawada: Sujana Chowdary , the BJP candidate for the Vijayawada West Constituency, emphasized the importance of inclusive development and condemned the lack of progress under the YCP’s governance during an intimate meeting held in Urmila Nagar on Sunday.
Highlighting the initiatives launched by the Center for the empowerment of women and poverty alleviation, irrespective of caste and religion, Chowdary underscored the need for proactive leadership in the constituency. He expressed his determination to redefine the role of an MLA and steer the constituency towards progress and prosperity.
Chowdary criticized the incumbent YCP government, alleging a lack of development and leadership in Vijayawada West over the past five years. He called for a significant electoral victory, pledging to represent all sections of society effectively.
The meeting saw the participation of prominent leaders from various political parties, including former Sarpanch Bommasani Subbarao and TDP’s V Venkateswara Reddy and Koniki Kondaiah, along with BJP and Janasena representatives, demonstrating unified support for Chaudhary’s candidacy.
