Five-time World boxing champion M.C. Mary Kom seem to be all confident about RIO Olympics. She said that she is ready to fulfill the expectations of her country and thatshe is physically and mentally determined to win gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
She also shared her retirement plans after the Olympics. She said that she will invest her time training talented youngsters to create boxers like herself.
Mary Kom, who bagged a bronze in the flyweight (51 kilogram) category at the 2012 London Olympics, has already announced her decision to quit after the Rio mega event.
“I am back to my normal shape and ready physically and mentally. I am determined to clinch gold this time and this way I will fulfill the expectation of millions of people,” Mary Kom told.
“I want to invest my experience to the budding and talented youth and create more Mary Kom and champions for the country,” said the Manipuri boxer.
