In Hyderabad, a thirteen year old minor went missing from the Kavadiguda region, on the 27th of December, Tuesday.
According to sources, the 13 year old girl used to stay alone at her residence, while her parents went for work. On the 27th of December, when the victim did not respond to her father’s phoen calls, he rushed to his house and found that his daughter was missing.
The victim’s parents rushed to the nearby police station and filed a case, mentioning that the 13 year old girl was mentally ill.
The police acted upon the complaint and started searching for the girl. The police traced her mobile signals in Snehapuri Colony, Nagole around 7:00 P.M., to 8:00 P.M. In addition, the police also collected CCTV footage of the nearby areas and are scrutinising it for information about the girl.
It is to be noted that this is not the first incident of a girl missing in Hyderabad. Recently, on the 16th of December, a 10 year old girl, studying in 4th standard at a state run school went missing. Later, the victim’s body was found in a nearby pond.
Meanwhile, in the Kavadiguda missing case, the police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
