Aina which was founded by Sneha Mishra and four other members who had a joint passion to help the vulnerable sections of the society came up with the idea and established this organization. Today, Aina is recognized as one of the tops ranking NGO’s of Odisha helping the vulnerable sections of the society.12

Apart from creating a community where children with various disabilities are acknowledged, Aina also organizes a vocational training for them so they can be independent regardless of the organizational support.
Skilled professionals are called to train these children and their parents in making candles, incense, doormats and tailoring. It also imparts education to women about general hygiene and other safety measures.
