Ohio: The Cincinnati Zoo workers in the US state of Ohio shot killed gorilla on Saturday after a three-year-old boy fell into its enclosure. According to the officials, the boy crawled through a barrier into the enclosure and fell into a moat at around 4 pm. The 15-year-old male gorilla named Haramble weighing more than 400 ponds went down and bought the baby between his arms.
The zoo’s dangerous animal response team shot and killed the gorilla around 10 minutes after the boy first entered it. The boy was hospitalized with minor injuries and is said to be fine now. “It seemed by our own dangerous animals response team to be a life-threatening situation. “We saved the little boy’s life” Zoo officials said.
