Mr. Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India, arrived in Kerala on the evening of the 25th of May, Wednesday, for a two-day visit.
During the visit, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind would inaugurate the two-day National Women Legislators’ Conference 2022. The conference is scheduled at the Sankaranarayanan Thampi Hall of the Legislative Assembly complex, Thursday, the 26th of May.
Mr. Ram Nath Kovind arrived in Kerala on a special flight and was accompanied by his wife Ms. Savita and daughter Ms. Swati. Mr. Arif Mohammad Khan, the Governor of Kerala, Mr. Antony Raju, the Transport Minister of Kerala, and other dignitaries of the State Government welcomed the President of India and his family.
The visit of Mr. Ram Nath Kovind came after his recent visit to Madhya Pradesh. Furthermore, after the Kerala tour, the President of India is scheduled to tour Pune, Maharashtra.
Notably, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind is scheduled to leave for Pune later in the evening of the 26th of May, Thursday.
