Mumbai: The much-talked-about short film titled “Ahalya”, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, will send chills down the spine with its twists. The film stars Radhika Apte, Soumitra Chatterjee and Tota Roy Chowdhury. The filmmaker told the story in a most brilliant way and the video clip will keep you on the edge till the end.
The film was produced by Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films and hit spotlight within no time after the release. The 14-minute suspense thriller is very well crafted with all the required commercial elements. Actress Radhika Apte played the role of modern Ahalya and she is convincing as Ahalya. The director framed the story with a feminist touch and took a different take.
The supernatural thriller amazed everyone and bagged the fame for Sujoy Ghosh for choosing such a mythological story and directing it in a superb manner.
