Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader KCR made a digital debut by opening a social media account labeled ‘X’ on Saturday. In his inaugural post, he extended wishes for the formation day of BRS and swiftly transitioned to addressing a pressing issue: power cuts in Telangana.
KCR recounted a recent experience during lunch at former minister Srinivas Goud’s residence, where the electricity failed twice. He expressed concern over frequent power outages, citing complaints from Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister regarding inadequate power supply. Former legislators accompanying him lamented about power disruptions occurring up to ten times daily in their respective constituencies, which KCR attributed to the administrative failures of the ruling Congress party.
Highlighting the need for public and intellectual scrutiny, KCR urged citizens to contemplate the implications of such incidents. His foray into social media marks a strategic move to engage with the electorate and address pertinent issues facing Telangana.
