Masroor Biswas was arrested before 5 months by Bengaluru police for allegedly tweeting on behalf of the terrorist network IS. Till now, the police were not able to file the charge sheet against Masroor. Now, Police awaits approval from Ministry of Home Affairs to prosecute Masroor Biswas.
