Presidential race: Clinton loses lead over the Republicans

Presidential race: After losing more than 10 points in the most recent times,  the Democratic front runner  for 2016 nomination, Hillary Clinton lost her advantage over her republican counterparts.

A new CNN/ORC poll found Clinton with 37 percent support among Democratic and Democratic-leaning voters, down 10 points since August, followed by self-proclaimed socialist Senator Bernie Sanders at 27 percent.

But stats are somewhat favorable in the general election match ups, Clinton runs almost at same level with Donald Trump with 48 percent backing each.

Clinton’s ever diminishing support among women is of main concern to her. In August, 60 percent of women favored Clinton to 37 percent for Trump, but that’s narrowed slightly to 55 percent Clinton, 41 percent Trump now.
