Allu Arjun’s Family Provides Continued Support as Producer Dil Raju Confirms Sritej Is Recovering Well

Dil Raju, Chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC), has reiterated that young Sritej is steadily recovering, and generous support from actor Allu Arjun and his family remains in place. Speaking in the presence of Sritej’s father, Bhaskar, Dil Raju revealed that shortly after the 2024 tragedy, Allu Arjun deposited ₹2 crore into a fixed account dedicated to the child’s care. The monthly interest from that amount — around ₹75,000 — has been used to meet ongoing medical and living expenses.

So far, Allu Arjun has spent an estimated ₹70 lakhs directly on treatment and related costs. Recently, Bhaskar requested additional financial support to cover the six-month rehabilitation laid out by doctors. Dil Raju confirmed that he has already discussed the matter with Allu Arjun and veteran producer Allu Aravind. The family has been assured that all possible support will be extended until Sritej completes his recovery.

In light of earlier concerns raised over delays or irregularities in support, industry associate Bunny Vasu clarified that funds continue to be disbursed under guidance from senior figures such as Dil Raju. He added that if the family feels any shortfall, they can approach the designated industry committee for prompt resolution.

With these reaffirmations, the film fraternity’s commitment to Sritej’s well-being appears firm. What remains vital is consistent monitoring and transparent communication — ensuring the young boy receives uninterrupted care until full recovery.
