Google launched the schedule for its I/O event scheduled to be held by the end of this month, and it is almost certain that Google will be previewing Android M at the event. Ever since this news broke out, the name game has begun and people have already started speculating the name that is set to begin from letter ‘M’ as Google launches all its Android versions alphabetically.
There are growing speculations that the next version might be named as ‘Muffin’, ‘M&M’, ‘Marzipan’,’Milk Shake’,’Milkybar’ or even our own desi ‘Malai Barfi’. There is no hint whatsoever from Google regarding the name and hence all eyes have now shifted focus towards Google I/O 2015 this year where the name will finally be revealed.
Google has affirmed that Android M is concentrated towards providing more privacy and security to Android users. In a recent post on its Google+ page, it said “Android M is bringing the power of Android to all kinds of workplaces. This opens huge new markets for hundreds of millions of devices to workers at small business, deskless workers, logistics and warehousing jobs; all be empowered by adoption of Android devices at Work.”
