In view of the rising cases and possible fourth wave of the Wuhan virus, also known as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19,) the Indian Railway Ministry issued an advisory.
On the 11th of May, Wednesday, the Indian Railways Minister asked all the commuters to wear masks while traveling on trains. In the official notification, the statement read, “All passengers should be wearing face masks at the entry, exits, and while traveling in the travel.”
The notice also asked people to follow all the guidelines of Novel Coronavirus and be cautious.
It is to be noted, that many states removed the mandatory mask-wearing guidelines after the cases of the Novel Coronavirus were reduced in India. However, the cases started rising again in March, when the Government of India, urged people to be cautious and follow all the COVID-19 protocols.
