Pradeep Mehra, a 19-year-old boy, has become an overnight Internet session, for his midnight run.
On the 20th of March, an award-winning filmmaker Mr. Vinod Kapri shared a video, with the caption “PURE GOLD”, which soon went viral. In the video, a 19-year-old boy, hailing from Uttarakhand, was seen running with a bag over his shoulders. When the filmmaker offered him a lift, he refused, saying, due to his work schedule, he doesn’t get time to run, therefore he runs from work to home, which is 10 km.
In the 2:20 minute-long clip, Mr. Vinod Kapri asked about his reason for running at night, the boy said that he is preparing for the Indian Army and aims to join. Since he doesn’t get time during the day, as he had to wake up and cook in the morning, he choose to run at night.
Furthermore, on being asked where his parents are, the boy tells that his mother is back home and is hospitalized.

When Pradeep Mehra knew that he has been viral and become a sensation, he replied, “Who is going to recognize me. I’m not doing anything wrong even if it goes viral.”
