Telangana Home Minister Assures Situation Under Control

Mohammed Mahmood Ali, the Home Minister of Telangana, on the 26th of March, spoke about the pandemic disease the Novel Coronavirus or the COVID-19.

Mr. Ali said the Telangana Government is performing well to control the spread of the Coronavirus and the situation is under control in the State.   Praising the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) for the prevention measures, Mr. Ali said the Telangana Police and the State Government is all geared up and prepared to deal with the situation.

The statement of the State Home Minister came after the visit to Hitech City in Hyderabad, Telangana.  The visit was organised to monitor the situation in the area and was accompanied by the Raidurgam police station officers

Mr. Mahmood Ali said, “The situation is very much under control and there is nothing to panic. The police are on the forefront and taking up all necessary preventive measures to stop the virus from spreading.”

The Minsiter also requested the citizens of Telangana to stay indoors and follow the nationwide lockdown strictly.  Till date, Telangana reported a total of 44 cases of the  Novel  Coronavirus or COVDID-19.
