Hyderabad: The primary accused of the ‘Note for Vote’ case, TDP MLA Revanth Reddy got some respite finally. The court took a decision on Monday to set the bail at the amount of Rs 5 Lakh.
Court ordered Mr. Reddy to submit his passport and not to leave his constituency. Court warned him to stay away from the practices that will manipulate the witnesses.
The court agreed with Revanth’s argument that ACB should release him, as they have already gathered all the relevant information about the case. The court also issue the bail to Udaya Simha and Sebastian.
