After a massive victory in Karnataka, the Indian National Congress (INC) is gearing up for the state assembly elections, scheduled to be held in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Telangana.

Likely to be held later in 2023, the Indian National Congress called for a meeting on the 26th of May, to discuss the poll strategies for the five aforementioned states.  A source close to the party updates, who wished to be anonymous said, “The Congress does not want to waste the momentum.”

Furthermore, the Indian National Congress wants to ensure the preparations are started at the earliest in the next poll bound states for a good show. 

Getting into the details about the meeting, the Indian National Congress President Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge and Mr. K.C. Venugopal, the General Secretary of the INC would preside over the meeting. They would collect the overall ground report of the party’s preparation in the five poll bound states to chalk strategy.

Former party chief Rahul Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra besides other senior leaders would also attend the meeting.
